Looks like a game in Dance Dance Revolution style was (is?) developed for MSX, but almost no information about this game is available.
Look here (at the end of the page) a picture of the game, which appears to works also with the original “dance pad” from the game!

RicBit finished Rambo Plus 2 – The Mission. Now the game has an improved logo, in addition to the already repainted screen, can run on ROM loaders such as ExecROM and there’s a cheat mode available with immunity and unlimited ammo.
